Hardware and Software Maintenance

The facility provides hardware and software support and maintenance for all custom biomedical informatics resources supporting investigator-initiated biomedical research projects. This includes, but is not limited to: data storage, data retrieval, data back-ups, data archiving, disaster/recovery procedures, maintenance agreements, and debugging. The Core assures compliance with all security and privacy policies and regulations. The Core also assists biomedical researchers with setup of their desktop computers to securely link to Core developed resources.
